One of the main metrics we use to measure our impact is your outcomes and experience! We use what our clients tell us to continuously work to make our organization better.
We want the infants, children, youth and young adults we work with to make as much progress as possible, and we want to make sure we are always improving, too. In doing so, we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations and inspire them to feel empowered and optimistic about today and tomorrow.
To make sure we are always improving, we have a QUality Enhancement STrategy called QUEST©. There are several parts to this strategy:
- We ask children, youth, young adults and caregivers, who use our services, to tell us how we did.
- We measure the results of what we do to make sure that our treatments work.
- We also ask other service providers in our community to tell us how we are doing.
- We also take part in studies, or research, with universities.
