Announcing Our New Director, Clinical Services

It is my great pleasure to share with you good news that Karen Anslow, current Manager, Clinical Services at EveryMind, is the successful candidate in our executive search for the position of Director, Clinical Services.

With more than 24 years of progressive leadership experience in children’s mental health and community-based organizations, coupled with a lifelong commitment to continuous learning, we know Karen to be deeply committed to the delivery of inclusive high-quality mental health services that address the needs of our clients and are responsive to the evolving needs of our community.

Within EveryMind, Karen is a seasoned, well-respected clinical leader known for building strong, trusting effective relationships within and across teams, programs, and professional disciplines. By example, Karen played a pivotal role building and growing organizational competence in the delivery of trauma-informed, client-centred services.

Within the Peel community, Karen demonstrates her commitment to collaboration and partnership building. She is impressively skilled at working effectively across sectors and mandates to innovatively serve children, youth and families. Karen has a deep appreciation for the unique and expansive needs of the diverse communities that make up Peel Region and is committed to advancing collaborative efforts that demonstrates EveryMind’s commitment to transforming the child and youth mental health sector so that it is responsive to all children and youth. Karen is also good with numbers! She effectively manages budgets and service performance, and increasingly relies on clinical data sources to inform decisions that drive positive change for our clients and community.
