Evening of Hope Gala 2025 Raises $75,000 for Child & Youth Mental Health in Peel!
The 10th edition of EveryMind’s Annual Evening of Hope Gala, held on November 15th at the Mississauga Grand Banquet Hall, has raised an amazing $75,000!
“As EveryMind Mental Health Services celebrates its 40th year of service to the Peel community, I am thrilled to share that our 10th Evening of Hope gala “Imagine the Future. Celebrate the Legacy.” is our most successful gala to date! On behalf of our Board of Directors, staff and clients, I would like to thank all our sponsors and attendees who lit up the evening with their presence, energy, passion and generosity to advance the mental health of children, youth and their families in Peel. Together, we are bringing hope, healing, and brighter futures to young lives. Together, we are making a difference,” said CEO Ceri Harnden.
Presented by Bell Let’s Talk, guests at the sold-out event welcomed included local elected officials, community partners such as Peel Regional Police, and supporters, old and new.
The evening began with a cocktail reception sponsored by King Masonry Yard Ltd and our always-popular silent auction supported by CTDI. Our photo booth was as raucous as ever and portraits by Pat the Popular Caricature Artist were well-received. The evening’s entertainment included incredible musical performances by Olivia Chameroy and a stand-up comedy act by Dylan Gott.
CEO Ceri Harnden took a moment to introduce our recently-released Strategic Plan for 2025-2030 to the audience, while our guest speaker Mary moved the audience to a standing ovation with her honest recounting of her mental health journey and the support provided by EveryMind.
Guests also enjoyed engaging activities like the wine pull, mystery gifts, and a dazzle bar, with volunteers and the evening’s MC Lyndsay Morrison from CTV News enthusiastically supporting these efforts.
Thanks to generous local business sponsors like Kotak Law and Holman, long-standing partner Scotiabank and a new supporter, Ikea, the gala was an outstanding success, an evening filled with laughter, fun, and hope. Check out some photos of this evening to remember on our Facebook page!
